  Alc. 4.3%, bottom-fermented, unpasteurized, unfiltered lager-type beer with a slightly increased sugar content in order to achieve a balanced taste. The complex taste of this beer is accompanied by intentionally subdued and pleasant bitterness. Sensitively applied English malt Crystal Light gives the beer a mild caramel flavor.

• Kyseláč

  Berliner weisse, IBU 6, alcohol 2.8%. Napoleon's soldiers also called it champagne north. It is an acid beer with a high proportion of fruit. We achieved acidity by using lactobacillus plantarum, which produces lactic acid, and then boiled it, so this culture does not continue in beer. Subsequently, we continued as with regular beer and fermented, which is the only difference from the original berliner weisse, which was spontaneously fermented like Belgian beers. Another change is that after the main fermentation we add fruit. In the menu you will continuously find this beer with raspberry, melon, mango or passion fruit flavors. The taste begins with a strong acidity and continues with the taste of the added fruit. We currently offer watermelon flavor.

  Uvařit tak to silnou ipičku nám dalo zabrat a tak se na ní můžete těšit pouze jednou ročně a to těsně před vánoci. I její doba od uvaření po stáčení do sudů se podobá spíše spodně kvašeným pivům, jelikož dosahuje něco málo přes měsíc, což je na svrchňáka dost. A už dost povídaní a konečně také k chuti, která je při této stupňovitosti přeci jen sladová, ale nikoliv nehořká. Výrazné chlebové tělo a počáteční chutě jsou jako lesní ovoce a doznívající maracuja. Tropické ovoce a broskve jsou výrazné ve vůni. Chmely: HBC342, El Dorado, Vic.   Obsah alk.6,19%,vůni po citrusech dodává chmel Citra a naopak krásné teplé tony po tropickém ovoci dodáva Victoria secret. Mahaganová barva a chuť nabízející chmelové tony s vyšší hořkostí, začínajícími citrusy a tropickým ovocem. V doznívání nádech manga. Pivo bylo oceněno na Jarní ceně českých sládků druhým místem.

  Obsah alk. 5,0%, svrchně kvašené pivo typu Pale Ale. Vařeno ze třech druhů sladů. Chmeleno novozélandskými chmely Southern Cross a Motueka, a to vč. studeného chmelení. Odrůdy chmele dávají pivu specific­kou chuť limetek a citrónů s tóny tropického ovoce v pozadí.   Obsah alk.6,0%, svrchně kvašené pivo typu Australian pale ale. Vysoce aromatické pivo vonící po kandovaném ovoci, ananasu a doznívajících růžích. Óder je dán australskými chmely enigma a Victoria Secret. Hořskost piva je střední a objevují se v ní tóny melounu a tropického ovoce. Zajímavá je též barva piva, průzračná, třpytivá se silou slunečního svitu. IBU 28.

  DAPA, IBU 100, 7.5% alcohol. This double APA is cooked from three American hops that were given almost the same amount at all stages of hops. In the bouquet you will find a pungent scent of citrus and tropical fruits. Of course, there is also a very pleasant bitterness, which will not discourage you, as it is really balanced with the complexity of the taste of beer. Hops: Simcoe, Idaho7, HBC342 Malts: Pilsner, pale ale, carared, carapils Beer style: Double / imperial IPA - this style crammed with hops comes from a country where more varieties of hops are grown than anywhere else in the world. Strong and bitter, with an alcohol content worthy of designation IMPERIAL - not really for no sissies. The color ranges from light orange gold to copper. From the glasses we can feel the intense hop bouquet of grapefruit, other lemon fruits, pine and floral tones. The alcohol content is high, but usually well hidden. The conclusion is long and bitter.

  IPA, IBU 60, 6.2% alcohol The bitterness of this beer is medium to high with a pleasant aftertaste on the tongue. The character of the beer is added by the classic American hop varieties Cascade and Citra with the taste of orange and lime. Beer was awarded second place at the Spring Prize of Czech Brewers.

• Svatomartinská 11°

  IBU 45, 4,3% alkoholu Tento speciál vaříme pouze jednou ročně a to na svatého Martina v listopadu. Sládek pro výrobu tohoto piva použil svůj oblíbený chmel Kazbek a také Vital, který byl původně vyšlechtěn pro lékařské účely, tento chmel totiž obsahuje látky, které prospívají lidskému zdraví. Svatomartinský speciál je nejen výborné pivo, ale navíc zdraví prospěšné!

  APA, IBU 38, 4,5% alkoholu Toto je krásně pitelný ALE, který byl řádně nachmelený na hořkost chmelem Cascade. Pivo je vařené americkým způsobem, čili infúzí. Adaptér je krásně pitelné pivo, ale zároveň s tělem. Nejedná se o žádnou vodičku.
